When will I receive the PTA Directory and event discount codes after joining?

• For Givebacks Sign-ups ($20 membership): Welcome emails are sent out every Friday morning. If you sign up after Friday morning, you will receive your welcome email, directory access, and event discount code on the following Friday morning.

• For PFA (Preschool For All) Sign-ups: Once we verify your PFA enrollment, your welcome email will be sent following the same Friday schedule. If our records show you are not enrolled in PFA, we will email you a link to complete your membership purchase via Givebacks.

• Need access sooner? If you need your discount code or directory access before Friday, please email us directly, and we will gladly send your information right away!

What are the benefits of joining the PTA?

• Free Event Admission: Members receive exclusive discount codes that reduce ticket prices to $0 for you and your family at all PTA events.

• PTA Directory Access: You gain access to our member directory, making it easy to connect with other participating families in our school community.

• Supporting Our School: Your membership directly funds programs, student activities, and school community events throughout the year.

Who can join the PTA?

• Answer: Parents, guardians, family members, teachers, and school staff are all welcome to join! Anyone who wants to support our students and school community can become a member.

Does joining the PTA mean I have to volunteer or attend meetings?

• Answer: Not at all! While we always welcome volunteers and input at meetings, joining the PTA simply means you are supporting our school community. You can be as involved as your schedule allows.

What if I have trouble accessing Givebacks or using my discount code?

• Answer: If you experience any technical difficulties or issues applying your event discount code at checkout, please contact us at pcppta204@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve it right away.

How can I get contact information of my child’s classmates for a birthday party or playdate?

To protect family privacy, the PTA can only share contact details for families who have opted in by joining the PTA.

Because membership is voluntary, joining the PTA does not guarantee access to a complete roster of every student in your child’s classroom. We respect that some families prefer to keep their contact details private. We encourage you to reach out directly to parents during PTA or school events or connect with fellow PTA members through the directory!
